Neuro Head Therapy provides psychological support, psychoeducation, therapeutic services, and non-diagnostic neurodevelopmental screening only. Services do not constitute medical advice, psychiatric advice, clinical diagnosis, or medical treatment, and are not a substitute for care from a GP, psychiatrist, NHS service, or other regulated healthcare provider.

Autism and ADHD screenings are indicative screening tools designed to support understanding and, where appropriate, onward referral pathways. Screenings do not constitute formal clinical, psychiatric, NHS, or statutory diagnoses.

Any reports, letters, recommendations, or supporting documentation produced by Neuro Head Therapy are psychoeducational and supportive in nature and should not be interpreted as medical diagnoses or statutory assessments.

Outcomes of therapy and support services vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed. Clients remain responsible for decisions made based on sessions, screenings, reports, recommendations, or professional documentation provided.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable UK law, Neuro Head Therapy excludes liability for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or economic loss arising from the use of its services, reports, or website content.

Therapy and support services are not suitable for emergencies or crisis situations. If you are in immediate danger, experiencing a mental health crisis, or require urgent medical assistance, please contact emergency services, NHS 111, your GP, or an appropriate crisis support service immediately.

Any expert witness services are provided independently and in accordance with the expert’s overriding duty to the court, applicable Civil Procedure Rules, and relevant professional and ethical standards.

All services are delivered in accordance with applicable professional ethical guidelines, confidentiality obligations, and UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018.
